ESPN.com is reporting that we have formally picked up the options on both of these two.  So that's out of the way.

Westbrook was noted to have pitched 216, 211 and 211 innings in the last 3 seasons.  By getting past 210 innings this year, he got a nice 500K bonus.  He stands to make 6.1 mil next year.

It's been noted in other diaries, but Blake is set to make 3.75 mil next year.

I would classify both moves as total no brainers.
