The Good -
Fausto Carmona is leading the Dominican Republic winter league in strikeouts with 28 in 23 innings. Carmona, pitching for Aguilas, is 1-1 with a 3.13 ERA in five starts.

The Bad -
The Indians have made several multiyear offers to relievers in an effort to strengthen the bullpen for next season. Keith Foulke, reportedly, is one of them, but it's unclear whether they'll sign him.

Does the Front Office watch baseball???  I know this guy is finished, why dont they?  I watched him last year with the Red Sox and he was awful.  I like to see other MLB teams think he is healthy know but how many times have you heard that before about a player.

If they sign him they better know something I dont because judging by Graves, they are 0-1 on giving a former bullpen stud a second/third chance.
