They've scored the scribes' best free-agent available, bulked up both lines (about time!), brought in a guy with a 3-Super Bowl pedigree, and improved special teams, with more moves to come. Droughns has been locked up long-term, K3 is supposed to be back, and Edwards will return sometime next season.

With the Cavs a playoff contender, and the Browns moving in that direction at long last, how much effect will this have on the Tribe's attendance? Obviously, the sellout streak in the mid-'90s came when the Cavs were also-rans and the Browns were out of town (for the most part).
