Any move the Indians make will have to involve either Casey Blake or Todd Hollandsworth, not necessarily in the deal, but as part of the chain reaction.

Cleveland needs a backup catcher (Shoppach or Diaz), Perez at first and the 5th outfielder, a backup middle infielder (Phillips or Vazquez, and a backup outfielder.

If they trade for a starting right fielder, that either puts Blake in the utility role and Hollandsworth is gone, or Hollandsworth in the role with Blake gone.  Blake is guaranteed money, so you figure that he stays unless he's traded.

That means Shoppach/Diaz, Perez, and Blake are all right handed, so Vazquez gets to backup the infield since he's a left handed bat.
