Carmona sent down to become a Starter...Sowers being sent down....
What do you guys think?

"Reliever Fausto Carmona, a bust as Cleveland's closer, was sent to Triple-A Buffalo on Saturday by the Indians, who plan to bring him back in a few weeks as a starter."
"Carmona (1-8) will likely replace rookie Jeremy Sowers, who has already thrown 168 innings -- nine more than last season. Since the Indians are no longer in contention, they don't want to overuse Sowers, who improved to 6-3 on Friday night."

going to limit his innings and possibly shut him down before the end of the season.
Shapiro mentioned Guthrie and Slocum as well as
Carmona as possible starters in September.
Carmona is not necessarily being converted to a starter for next year but they want to give him
more and predictable innings the rest of the year
to work on his mechanics

What makes you think that? I think they are thinking about him as a future starter.

Let's just continue to see what our youngsters do. I'm actually kinda enjoying it. Not as much as the playoffs, but you know...
