LCS Attendance: Home Crowd, and WTF Arizona?

ESPN radio is reporting this morning that game one tonight of the NLCS in Phoenix will not sell out.  Wow.

Can you even imagine this being the case for an AL team?  That series should be disbanded.

The Boston Globe reports that "legions of Red Sox nation" will infiltrate the Jake for the ALCS.  It will obviously be nothing like the regular season games, which were an embarrassment.  But I hope they only offer a whisper compared to our roar.

For those who attended the ALDS at the Jake, how many NYY fans were there?  How vocal were they?

I'm not too worried -- Cleveland fans are going to rock the place.  While traveling to Denver this weekend, I connected in Detroit and a man in an airport bar said, "I took some clients to Jacobs Field for game one.  I have never been in a sports atmosphere like that in my life, and I've been to plenty of Detroit playoff games in multiple sports over the years."
