Inglett

Ocker on Inglett:

[Inglett's] defense has become the issue, not because it was awful, but because he was stuck playing the wrong position at the wrong time. To win the job of utility infielder, Inglett must demonstrate a proficiency at short.

As far as Inglett is concerned, if the Indians want a shortstop, he will give them a shortstop. He spent the entire winter trying to make himself better at the position.

The Inglett/Luna battle isn't vital to the team's performance this year, but it will be one of the more interesting spring stories.  Who do you think gets the job?  Who would you pick?
