Indians Writer Wanted

Over at mlbtraderumors.com, they're looking for someone to cover the Tribe. I'd say that person could be found on LGT.

http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/

A couple points they mention:

  • Solid writing skills and a style that fits with MLBTradeRumors.
  • Someone who can post up-to-the-minute Indians rumors as they surface.  A person who follows the Tribe religiously and will have every source (traditional newspapers, high quality blogs, radio) covered.

"...a style that fits with MLBTradeRumors."

I guess that means the ability to just make sh, um stuff up off of the top of your head, without any confirmation or basis in reality.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm not sure what I've ever seen them make up over there ... pretty much every post is linked to an article.

Agreed. I think they are pretty good about citing sources and even pass up reporting on some loud rumors.

Consideraría el hacer de él, pero tengo que escribir en español. No pienso que cabría con estilo ma's thier. Se parece ser una combinación del inglés, con una contribución canadiense ocasional.

    Canada eh?

    Re: Indians Writer Wanted
there is actually a site called mlbtraderumors.com? i wonder what they pay---do they pay per rumor and whats the per diem? do i get a company car and an expense account?  i can make up rumors with the best of em, especially if i have to do it in spanish--hell, i'll even report in italian for the right amount of money and benefits.  i do draw the line at speaking canuck, though, eh?

bring that hibachi over here rayman, we will even throw a few live lobsters on it to go with those filets--hey, they are gonna die anyway and they may as well go out in a blaze of glory--very tasty that way.

anyone know if the national enquirer is looking for reporters?

    Tough crowd here.

The site is pretty good. I think. There's a review of this year's Tribe up now.

The guy also has connections to rotoauthority.com, which I also dig.
