Sauerbeck strikes again?

Paul Hoynes notes today that there was an unusual situation at the Indians Spring Training site yesterday:

"...Manhunt: Winter Haven police, complete with dogs and a helicopter, searched Chain of Lakes Park after Thursday's game for a suspected bank robber. Shapiro was not allowed to re-enter the park. People driving out of the park had their trunks searched by police..."

Perhaps not coincidentally, Scott Sauerbeck, who this spring is vying for a spot in the Astros bullpen, was with his team visiting Winter Haven, losing in a 13-2 rout to open Grapefruit League action for both teams.

Is there a connection?  I'm not sure, but one has to wonder.  I just hope the police checked in the bushes surrounding the baseball complex.
