I don't claim to know anything about football, but I'll still talk about it. As far as I know, I'd love to see the Browns take Joe Thomas to try to get an impact player of the offensive line. It's been their weak point (and that's not an easy title) since they came back to Cleveland.
If not Thomas, I vote for Russell or Quinn. I'm sure that either would be a dream for the area talk show hosts - who could talk about the Frye situation endlessly.
Worst nightmare? Calvin Johnson. He'll be a fine player, but I don't like picking WRs so early. Obviously the Browns did that last year, and won't again. But I'm not excited about Peterson either. I don't want to gamble on a RB coming off injury, especially if our OL is horrible again. Oh, and I'm all for trading down, but I think it's a buyers market there.
