Um....to me it sounds like his agent stated that Foulke is having bone fragments removed from his elbow. It sounds like the writer is responsible for the rest of the article including, "a sign that he is at least contemplating a return", and "Keith Foulke's retirement might be short-lived". Sensationalism.
