I'll start with the pseudo-roundup.
David Huff won again yesterday, giving up only 2 over 5 but allowing 7 hits and a walk. It looks like smoke and mirrors to me right now, and that's not a good thing.
Asdrubal went 1-3 and stole 2 bases.
Stephen Head hit a homerun as part of a 2-4 day.
Alright, this is all pretty yawn inducing but this is really about: Stephen Wright?
Stephen is a 22 year old in Lake County who started today and struck out 10 batters in 4 innings before being pulled. This brings Wright's season total to 50 Ks in 40 innings, if my math is right. Even before today he was averaging over a K per inning.
He doesn't walk a ton of guys (11 this year, I believe). It's a vaguely impressive line, right? Is this somebody to be placed on the periphery of a radar?
