OK, folks, I'm off to the Q to watch game 2 in 3D HD, but I though I'd do a game thread since I haven't in a while.
Game 2 is, needless to say, a big one. Taking one in San Antonio would be huge, if for nothing else then as a big STFU to the national media. I don't have much to add, except that I really hope Gibson get more minutes in this game. Hughes is worthless as is, and with an injured foot, he's even more worthless. Gibson's defense is an X-factor, but given his superior scoring ability, I'd be inclined to put him in and get him the ball while he's hot. Plus, how can he be worse than Larry Hughes?
My only other hope is that we see more of LeBron in catch-and-shoot or catch-and-drive situations rather than the unsual dribble-the-ball-at-the-top-of-the-key-for-20-seconds offense Mike Brown likes to run so much. If 'Bron reverts to the mean, our shooters do their job and we can contain Parker, we've got a chance. Look for a big game out of Pavlovic tonight, and hopefully Boobie continues his hot streak.
Other than that, just two words:
GO CAVS!!!
