USA Today is reporting that former Tribe centerfielder Brett Butler has suffered a mild stroke.  

I was just thinking about how Brett was the first real lead-off hitter I can remember seeing play for the Tribe. In an Indians era where many of the players were barely (V)ORP's Butler was not only an outstanding player but a class act.  Here's hoping he gains a full recovery soon.
