Bryson Undergoing Labrum Surgery
Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. If it has, please delete. Although Bryson pitched in August, he felt sore after his appearance and will undergo labrum surgery. He is expected to be out 6-9 months.
This is not good. The recovery rate on labrum surgery is far lower than other operations that pitchers have.

nice.
oh, and…
LGT.
Travis Hafner is overrated. Clarity is underrated. David Dellucci is David Dellucci.

What I like most about this pic is the “Not for public use” running from top to bottom.

Hey. I’m having this done in December. Maybe we can be rehab partners.

There’s a pretty good chance you won’t be able to throw as hard as you used to

I had a tear in my labrum two years ago while playing baseball. I finished out the year and probably lost close to 10 MPH on my fastball. My breaking pitches worked better though.

If I lost 10 MPH off my fastball, it might not make it to home plate.

I feel you. I had a rotator cuff injury in high school and never pitched again. Still flares up once every 6 months and it is especially painful when I golf

Hello mjschaefer,
Good luck with your upcoming surgery.

denying the 2 cents, Joe. That’s cold to a guy going in for surgery.

We’ll need to get him to a haberdasher for an evaluation first.

Elbow injuries are certainly scary, but you’re nearly guaranteed now to come back from elbow trouble. Shoulder surgery…not so much. This is disappointing. He’s young and has plenty of time to recover, but this is unfortunate.
