Chad Cordero a FA
Nationals today made Cordero a FA. He had shoulder surgery. Recovering from shoulder surgery isn't as much a guarantee as recovering from Tommy John.
He's a free agent after 2009, and he'll probably, as the link notes, be working on an incentive-based deal.

Cordero
Thank God John Hart’s not still here, as he would have mistaken Chad Cordero for Will Cordero and immediatley signed him to a 3 year deal. Chad, however, might be worth a spring training flyer.
Still haven’t gotten the hang of the subject line thing, eh?
Cordero will get a nice guaranteed deal from someone.
Ease up, Jay.
If he didn’t type “Cordero” in the subject line, how would we have known that his post including the name Chad Cordero in a thread titled “Chad Cordero a FA” was about Cordero?
You know Selig? Ombudsman.
