BBWAA reverses course, admits Neyer and Law
In other news from the Bellagio, the BBWAA has voted to approve four new net-centric scribes, including Will Carroll and Christina Kahrl of Baseball Prospectus and Rob Neyer and Keith Law of ESPN.com. Last year, Neyer and Law weren't good enough, but they've been granted the keys to the fluorescent green chartreuse BBWAA washroom.

Did you know that web chartreuse is a completely different color than real life chartreuse? I mean, they don’t just look different in different situations, they’re actually pretty different?
I learned this recently.

Perhaps a few moments after I learned the very same thing (moments before I made the above post)
Before that, the only use of the word chartreuse I was aware of was in the C.W. McCall classic, “Convoy.” (It was the color of the microbus.)
"It's hard to win when you don't score." Cliff Lee, 9/28/05.
I forget when I learned it exactly… I think it was amid a debate about what color puce was, of all things.
