The agency I work for is closed this afternoon due to the snowstorm hitting Ohio.  Its like they closed it just for this.  Watching this game on DVR later tonight wouldn't have been the same.

I'm amazed when national media are so far off base on local team's actions.  Give me 30 minutes and an internet connection, and I could tell you the expected breakdown of any team in the majors...

After a couple of curve attempts, Cliff throws something 83 and straight.  Hanging curve or changeup, I don't know, but it was shot into the wall in left.

Anyone else curious as to why the Tribe only has 2 scheduled split squad days this spring? Seems kind of odd to me. I thought at least one third to one half of the spring used to be split into SS games.

Crowe dives and whiffs.  Run doubled in.

On a side note, it looks like the curve is coming on two strikes.  The second double was on a fastball, though.

Lee might be getting the shaft on some of these calls, but given that Clifford is often cited as having some of the best "stuff" on our staff, why doesn't he just go right at these minor league guys?

Strike zone does seem a little small, but he's nibbling a lot too. I can't believe Lee just got two outs vs. essentially the Mets' AAA team. Ugh.

Since Stevens is in, I want to point out that I bought my tickets for the series in Cincy in mid-May.  The Saturday night game is a Brandon Phillips bobblehead giveaway.  Considering 1/3 of the fans, if not more, for those games are Indians fans, its bold to do that.
