That whole little note is very confusing…I assume he’s being funny but it’s hard to pick up exactly where. Basically, he’s advocating adding a DH (for any player) to the NL and a second DH to the AL.

Yeah, and I read it as just the opposite, that Jhonny should be hit for, as a DF (Designated Fielder), where he plays the field but does not hit. Ravech on DF’s:
