I think a trade sending away guys I like would frustrate me more than anything. One guy acquired in a trade isn’t going to do anything for us, be it give us production or make the other guys improve my osmosis. Ben has had an unbelievable string here, and that hasn’t exactly translated to more wins. We think getting Atkins will do more?
Dellucci stopped producing almost at the same time as Bfran got hot. Not referring to Atkins specifically, but I think adding another productive bat won’t improve this offense. It just has to – if only by removing a particularly cancerous one.

I think I saw that both Atkins and Holliday didn’t play on Sunday due to injuries (don’t know how serious they are).
Well, it’s like, there’s talk around the league, he just said that the source wasn’t anyone with either of those two teams, nor was it an MLB official, so that it possibly was just echo-chamber talk.
Yeah I guess I pounced a little prematurely there, since I buy a newspaper daily provides me with next to nothing substantial.
