His first two starts were bad, but not earthshatteringly, supremely unexpectedly bad (5.1 IP, 5 ER & 5.1 IP, 4 ER). It was his next two starts that were just insanely horrible (7.1 IP, 18 ER).

Not really. But my point is that it doesn’t make any sense to complain about this EVERY GAME.
It’s like watching wheelchair basketball daily and complaining about the lack of dunks. It’s not a realistic expectation.
Uhh. We’ve been stupefied by Duchsherer, Dana Eveland, Dustin Mosely, Dinardo, and Armando Gallaraga.
Dude. We aren’t a good offensive team. Expecting them to hit anybody hard at this point is a reach. And they struggle against plenty of “chumps.”
What’s your point? That they got stupefied by slightly better pitchers the other 24 games?
.....and for what its worth, at least thus far, our rotation is ridiculous better than anyone elses.

Soo, does anyone know anything about Italian league soccer?
I accidentally bet all of the money in my account on a game on that centsports site jake was talking about earlier.
I’m wondering what my chances are on one of the matchups.
I watch Siere A when it is on the Soccer channel. Can’t say I know a ton, but I was really into it a few years ago.
well, neither are good… kinda like trying to pick who would win a NFL game with two 4-10 teams. But, Reggina has more to play for, I think they are still in danger of being relegated (i.e. the team is moved to the minors next season)... actually they both might still have that looming. If the game is in Catania, they should win, but if its away, its probably a toss up.

doesn’t quite sound good for me but I think reggina is in dire need of winning or at least scoring lots of goals. i looked it up and catania seems to be safe but reggina is hanging onto a thread to being moved to the minors.
