two thougts popped in myhead reading this.
-i remember watching a spring training game when shapiro was in the booth and said gimenez was a guy to watch this year. at the time, that was the first i heard of him.
-i find it interesting, i guess, that fryman went into coaching with the indians org and not the tigers.
