This really shouldn’t be difficult to do. Just have a monitor from the local TV feed available to the crew chief at field level.

As Shapiro said tonight, MLB will use the NHL model, with a central replay official in New York, where monitors will follow every game. The crew chief has the final word. I wonder if the replay official is a Yankees fan. Jeffrey Maier is available.
