Lord Kelvin's AA debut

Kelvin De La Cruz made his AA debut last night pitching in the second half of an Akron double header. Kelvin didn't ptich great (5 IP, 4 ER) but he went 13 starts with a 1.60 ERA in Lake County this season. I can't find any press release on this but the game recap I found doesn't call it a spot start or anything; why de la Cruz skipped A+ ball someone else might be able to answer better than me. If it is permanent and Kelvin can succeed it's incredibly exciting; he's now a 20 year old starting games in AA. He will not be 21 until next January.
