Elarton on "Restricted" list, Mastny back up.
I didn't even know there was something called the "restricted list". Says its for personal reasons. I hope everything is ok.

Players on the restricted list don’t get paid – usually it’s used if a player won’t report to a team (see Operation Shutdown) or get suspended for PEDs.

Actually, it does. If Elarton needs some time off to take care of a personal matter, the Restricted List makes sense.
