This is hilarious.

I think an out-of-court settlement is in order – David Dellucci seems about right.

Among the complaints: the Indians allowed Jayson Stark to think the team had paid for his big salad, when in fact Winter Haven had paid for it, and the Indians just left it for him in the press box.

You know, if it was a regular salad, I’d tell Winterhaven to relax, but it was a BIG salad.

Actually, to settle the case, Shapiro has to become Winterhaven’s butler.

Looks like Shapiro needs to place a phone call to Jackie Chiles.

His last, like, seventybillion posts have referenced a recent discussion here – take today’s post about Hafner’s size, for example.

One would think that both sites dealt with a common subject matter.

Can we have some references from the oughts, please?
Actually I don’t care …
Also! Who in the heck buys CSI:Wherever seasons on DVD? Really?

What do you bet there is another side to this story? Good luck collecting this, Wintter Haven.
The lost Tribe revenue must be hurting. Those who wanted the Indians to leave probably rue the economic crisis as much as the rest of us, now. Once upon a time the city was thinking “that land could house the biggest economic boom in Winter Haven since 1966, when the Boston Red Sox began Spring Training at Chain of Lakes Park. The land is among the most prime of all potential commercial locations.” No more.

It’s most desirabe attribute is it’s proximity to Del Boca Vista.
