I really want to see nobody make outlandish offers to Holliday, eventually Boras needs to be put on a hot seat. I really can’t take too much more of the guy.

Couldn’t agree more.

Every time I hear Boras’ name mentioned, the first word that pops into my head is “Jack-ass!”

I personally think he is out of control with his outlandish demands for contracts these days.

His job is to get as much money for his clients as is possible. Blame the idiots that he is both smarter than and works harder than, don’t blame him…

I don’t “blame” him for doing his job well. He obviously does that and then some. Hell, I think we’d all love to be pulling down his commissions. But you are right, I do blame the system that allows him to make these pushes for the ridiculous contracts that he demands for his clients.

Sadly, you are right. It is the idiot owners that are willing to dole out as much money as they do for one player. We could argue on it all day, I’m sure; but, it just doesn’t seem “ethical”, in the grand scheme of things, that one person can bring down $180 million for playing a game. Its just mind blowing.

But as I said, I do not blame Boras for doing his job well (perhaps better than any other person in the industry). But I still think he is a jackass.
