i enjoy the derek jeter backlash-backlash-backlash
first he was wildly overrated. in the early 2000s the stat nerds deflated some of the hype. however, recently the stat nerds began jumping back on the jeter train, due to some great performances in his early and mid-30s (as well as his improved defense, if you believe UZR). now, with this WS win, i can only hope to see a return to the jeter hate.
If you don't respect Aaron Laffey, I will fight you.
