Sarbaugh new AAA Manager, Skinner to Akron
The Tribe has moved Mike Sarbaugh from the Aeros to replace Torey Lovullo in Columbus. Joel Skinner will stay with the organization, returning to Akron, where he was USA Today Baseball Weekly's Minor League Manager of the Year in 1998.

Skins has had a strange tenure with this organization.
Before taking Pro-Acta, please consult your doctor. Do not taunt Pro-Acta.
And the front office seems to be pretty high on Fyman’s future, which suggests a leapfrog someday. It looks like every time he’s about to round a corner with this organization, someone throws up a stop sign.

From Lastoria’s story:
In other news, the Indians today also announced the hiring of Ruben Niebla as an Assistant to the Major League Coaching Staff and Jeff Desjardins as the Major League Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Niebla, 37, has been a pitching coach in the Indians Player Development System for each of the last nine seasons since joining the organization in 2001. Last year he served as the pitching coach for Double-A Akron which won the Eastern League Championship while posting the league’s lowest team ERA.
Niebla is the guy I said a week or two ago that I had no idea who they were, but I felt we should be talking about more.
isn’t there a point where we should be keeping some of these guys in the minors, helping out guys that will help us when we’re actually contenders?
If the Indians are going to be contenders (even in 2011 or 2012) it’s going to depend on guys like Huff, Laffey, Carrasco, Rondon, Fausto, Masterson, Sipp, Perez R and L. Development still happens at the major league level, especially with a young roster like the one the Indians will sport next year.
I would say you’re right, but I feel like these moves are better if they help the major league team because the team seems to struggle at getting those players over the hump here.
Chugga-chugga chugga-chugga, Choo Choo!
