Can this thread be our “talk about what everyone’s talking about” thread? Because while we’re on the winter meeting news, somebody explain something to me:
Why would the Dbacks want Edwin Jackson over Max Scherzer? Am I missing something?
I’m suggesting that the Tigers are getting a better pitcher under control for more years. And then they’re getting Jackson, Schlereth, and Coke.
