I am not a fan of the Venezuela team. No big mystery: too many Tigers, and no Indians, despite our stars (I’m sure they declined). The only one I really like on that team is Felix.

Yeah they’re easily my least favourite team in the tourney. I’m torn on whether I’d like to face them or the US to make the next round though. I think I’d probably pick Venezuela since they’re so up and down, but facing Felix on Tuesday for 3 innings is kinda scary.

Yeah I was at yesterday’s US-Canada game. I was hoping to go again on Tuesday, but they’ve scheduled the game for 5pm. Makes absolutely no sense why they would put potentially the best game of the tourney for attendance and viewership in the late afternoon. Yes, I’m bitter.

Ironically enough, the scrapes on my hand from yesterday’s game will prevent me from scrubbing into surgery tomorrow and probably Tuesday, which could then theoretically allow me to attend another game. Unlikely though.
