hammy: “this has been a tough day in the outfield for jose guillen.”
maybe that beaning had something to do with it
Beaning notwithstanding, nearly every day Jose Guillen is in the outfield has that potential to be a tough day in the outfield.

Can somebody link me to an explanation of what exactly this means? I’m not much of a gambler, but I want Xei to get his iPod if it means the Tribe wins.
ML is the money line or odds on the game. Bet $100 to win $193 for example. Going to be a very nice payout to the peeps who bet on Cleveland to win this game.
vr, Xei
There was another number you mentioned earlier, too.
Here’s to regular payouts to those who bet on the Tribe!
The Royals got Guillened? Guillentined?

White Sox are rallying in the bottom of the 8th. They got a runner on 3rd with 1 out and still only down by 20. The tying run is at the plate, problem is, he needs to bat three times to tie the game.

The thing about seeing the names Vizcaino, Herges, Aquino, etc in the pen – I’m fine with it because these are just the average everyday up-and-down career bullpen arms. They’re the kind of guys that the vast majority of teams use without a second thought in the middle of their pens. You know, pens that are not historically bad.
I went to that last year. It wasn’t terrible.

Excellent pitching. He basically got 4 outs due to the error and was ahead in the count every at-bat.
vr, Xei
Is there anyone we can trust more for the eighth? I’m thinking send him back out there.
Baseball isn't boring. YOU ARE.
It’s the eighth inning. What could possibly go wrong?

As long as he is getting ahead in the count. When’s the last time he got more than three outs?

hammy keeps talking about how the royals fans have been heading for the exits. they obviously have not been paying attention to our bullpen this year. sorry brick.
Royals running out the former Cubs cast-off bullpen. Never a good ide… oh. Right.
Il faut d'abord durer.
He’s sitting on the bench because Wedge didn’t play him. Perhaps he’s playing dominos with Jamey Carroll or Ryan Garko.

Oakland ties up Tampa at 2-2. Another big underdog I have today, but not much at risk in that game… unlike this game.
vr, Xei
earlier you said (i assumed an exaggeration) this could be a 4 house payment payoff if the tribe holds it together. how much are you betting on a game to game basis and on a day to day basis?
just curious. is this your job?
Master of the obvious that guy

Bases loaded. No outs. Five run lead. Wedge should bring in someone who can clear the bases of all those pesky runners and then retire three straight. We have anyone who can achieve that?
Sam is 2-0, lifetime.
Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

STO just said “Gene-mar”, do we know how to pronounce his name? I would pronounce it “hey-on-mar” but I have no idea.
I think both radio broadcast went with “yawn-mar” — and it wouldnt shock me if STO was completely clueless.
