That’s the RL or run line. If you bet the underdog on the RL they need to either win or lose by one run to win the bet. If you bet the favorite on the RL they need to win by more than one run.

The thing about seeing the names Vizcaino, Herges, Aquino, etc in the pen – I’m fine with it because these are just the average everyday up-and-down career bullpen arms. They’re the kind of guys that the vast majority of teams use without a second thought in the middle of their pens. You know, pens that are not historically bad.
