Sizemore says he feels good, hopes he doesn't need surgery

Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore said today that his left elbow felt good during a workout today at Progressive Field and he's hopeful that it will not require surgery. Sizemore, who has been on the disabled list since May 31 because of inflammation in the elbow, had a MRI exam and a physician's exam earlier today. "I was cleared to go throw and take swings today, so I guess it went well," Sizemore said of the exams.
