this is a very interesting point. i do rather enjoy the HBO show “trueblood”, central to which is the story of the walking dead—vampires. i think that’s it w/ this tribe squad…the recent renaissance of vampire fandom translates well to watching walking-dead baseball teams, too

Um, he’s a pretty good hitter. He regularly puts on shows at batting practice. Hits it out to Waveland Ave. from both sides of the plate. That’s right-he’s a switch hitter.

Actually, the default emphasis is on the next-to-last syllable, and you almost always find there’s an accent mark if the emphasis is on any other syllable.
