Visiting Cleveland

Hey guys, I'm a Ranger fan from over at Lone Star Ball and am planning my annual baseball roadtrip.  This year I will be visitng Cleveland on 8/5 to catch a game and then I'll be off to the next stop.  While I'm there, is there anything I need to see or do (other than the game) before moving on...restaurants, a particular regional beer I need to try, historical sites, areas to avoid, etc?  Also, if anyone has tips on getting cheap tickets (coupon codes - we practically give away Rangers tickets to get people to show up) that would be helpful as I am on a budget.  Thanks in advance.

More here. It’s over a year old, so things such as the parking map are outdated and likely inaccurate.

I’d just walk up and buy a ticket on the street.

There’s also likely tons of tickets still available at the gate, but the scalpers aren’t too bad.

Exactly, check with the scalpers. If you don’t see something you like, there’s plenty at the gate.

Don’t be afraid to haggle if it’s after the second inning. With the scalpers, I mean.

Hell, haggle with them at the gate. You never know.

There are half-price tickets in most price ranges on StubHub.
