Hello.
Who needs affection when you can have blind hatred?

You left out some important facts: How much for a beer?

$6.50 for the 12 oz Coors Light and $12 for the 24 oz Corona. But the tickets only cost $11!

That sounds like the computer printer and shaving razor business model.

That sounds like the computer printer and shaving razorbusiness modelscams.
Calling it a business model makes it seem like a legitimate thing to do, IMO. It is, in fact, sneaky, and worthy of scorn.

i don’t think cheap tickets and expensive beer is sneaky and worthy of scorn. when bars have a 3 dollar cover charge (a more expensive “ticket”) on cheap beer night, it kinda unfairly taxes designated drivers and other non-drinkers.
cheap tickets are good, i believe. they allow a larger and more diverse group of people to go to a baseball game.
i’m not gonna disagree about the computer printer and razor scams, though.

No, yeah, I meant the printers and razors.

would this be LGT’s first “[deleted, economics]”?

A lot. Like 8 bucks for a Heineken. I was there over 4th of July.
The Nick Adenhart memorial is chilling, nearly brought me to tears, and I had never even heard of the guy. I wish I would have gotten a picture.

How was Hammy’s call of Vic’s home run last night, I think I will be checking that out when I get home

A classic heart-in-the-mouth Hammy moment, that was. For a split second, he called the ball as “CAUGHT” but didn’t even get all the way through the word before taking a second and then proclaiming “GONE!”
