This morning, the kind folks at Maple Street Press posted the entire printed interview with Chris Antonetti — now the new Indians GM, then the Assistant GM — from the Indians 2009 Annual as a free download. This portion of the Q&A, never before available online, focused heavily on offseason activity, and the processes that led to those decisions, although other issues are also touched upon. The portions published online, here at LGT, were more in-depth, delving into more esoteric issues.
Here, all in one place, are links to every part of the interview:

Postscript — Antonetti on Antonetti
Our four interview sessions stretched from Dec. 23 to Jan. 8, an unusually eventful time for the front office, and it's helpful to remember the context of that moment in time. A great 2007 run had been followed by a very disappointing 2008 season. We sent off Sabathia and Blake in July, receiving a bushel of fine prospects in return. Gutierrez had already been sent to the Mariners for Valbuena when we started the interview, and there was reason to believe Shoppach was being shopped heavily, coming off a huge breakout year, though no deal was struck. In between the second and third sessions, the Indians traded for Mark DeRosa, and Carl Pavano signed just two days before the final session. There was, in short, a lot to talk about.
