The Brewers were able to get Shaun Marcum, a pretty outstanding young pitcher with some injury history, for their top prospect, Brett Lawrie, a 20-year-old second baseman who OPSed 797 in AA last year. Lawrie is a better prospect than Kipnis or Phelps, but I wonder what their trade value is.
