His value is at it’s lowest since he’s been an Indian, but the Mariners, his former club, are the one team that may value him based on previous experience. That’s not to say his value is as high as it used to be, just that the M’s, of all teams other than Cleveland, are in a position to assign value to Luis.
Is it too much to ask for a Giovanny Soto type pitcher in return?
