O/T Walk & Rock A-Thon at Safeco Field
Wait .... a post about Safeco, shouldn't this be on Lookout Landing? Well hear me out and I shall explain.
I haven't posted much over the past few months, but I haven't really been focusing on sports all that much lately. On November 16 of last year, my wife Jennifer gave birth to our second daughter, Brilyn. Unfortunately, our beautiful little Tinkerbell was born with a condition called Trisomy 18. Basically, she was born with a third 18th chromosome (Down's Syndrome is Trisomy 21). She passed away 7 days later due to heart complications.
After her passing, The Tears Foundation, helped immensely by paying for the majority of her funeral. So in order to show our thanks to this wonderful foundation, we are participating in this Walk & Rock A-Thon on June 26 in Safeco Field in Seattle. [Note: We live in Vancouver, WA]
In any case, while it has been a difficult time for my family, we are actually doing pretty well due to the support of our friends and family and family counseling as well. We ask that you please take a moment and if you can, please make a small donation ($5-10) at this site that my wife has set up for donations. We are hoping to help this wonderful foundation help other grieving families.
Much thanks to eveyone in advance,
Dean, Jenn, Skylar and Brilyn Klubnik

I’m on the wrong coast, so you’ll have to accept my condolences rather than my presence at what I’m sure is a great event.
Though I look right at home, I still feel like an exile
