Soooo, I would assume we’re not starting on time tonight?
Also!
I just dunno why the small market stuff has to come up….
I really doubt anyone really gives any sympathy. I’m not gonna bat an eyelash cuz the Indians owner is saving money on his baseball team so he can gas up his plane.
Go New York Go!

Good lord these people make it easy to despise them. Can we smear these jackasses all over the field tonight? Please?

Damnit, Who is on first.
How many times do we have to do this?

Too bad we couldn’t have sent Peralta to the Marlins.
Headline could have read “Moonface over Miami.”

Lots of breaking balls from burnett

This isn’t a team that can hit breaking stuff.

btw, Piniero strained a muscle moments before his start today and will be out 6-8 weeks. The angels need Westbrook now too if they want to seriously make a run…

I don’t think they’ve realized that yet. They may be unwilling to do so at any time judging their recent moves.

Cheap groundball hit for gardner through the hole between first and 2nd, then Choo tried to throw the runner out at home but throw was a little bit high and granderson snuck around the tag with his slide.

Because Fausto is more likely to give you a good 3rd, 4th, and 5th that Ambriz. Even when he’s pitching like this. That’s part of why he’s so much better this year, because he’s gotten it together when he used to panick and fall apart.
Or, he does that, and you’d be right in this instance. Still, my point stands, and this evening is the exception this season.
With all due respect, is completely frying our bullpen worth it at this point in time?

Now it’s 6-0 so maybe not worth, but he’s gonna get up to pitch count pretty soon too!

double by granderson, he’s at second as Crowe throws the ball to second… the ball dribbles into second as granderson walks into third base.

Crowe -
*Very well could have attempted to catch that ball (admittedly a difficult play) but again, a poor route
*Gives up another base on the brain dead throw to 2nd.
Could very well be the worst instinctive outfielder I’ve ever seen.
Good point. It was like he didn’t even try and just waited for the ball to hit the wall and come back his way.

God damn the Yankees and their commitment to winning! But man, you gotta respect their locking up pros like Jeter, Rivera, Arod, Cano, Texeira, and Pettite. Big Steir dug deep because he cared.

I love Acta’s strategy tonight: let the Yanks build a big lead, they get complacent and we sneak up and tie them in the 8th, then crush them with a Hafner walk-off in the 9th. Devastating!
If you believe it's just a game, you're also probably wondering why Santa keeps skipping your house every year.
JUSTIN CHAMBERLAIN! GET HIM, BOYS!
