Fairly reasonable deal from the team’s perspective. I’d say three of the five AL Central teams did well in free agency this offseason, avoiding big long term contracts and getting some high upside (or at least a good chance for solid production) with limited risk. And no the team that signed Jack Hannahan isn’t one of them.
