Prospect bust/success rate

Great work by Scott McKinney over at Royals Review, looking at prospects from 1990-2003. The Indians had the highest "success rate" in that period based on McKinney's criteria. I'll try to follow this up with something later this week looking at Tribe prospects, but definitely worth looking at.
