I’ve noticed that in roughly half of the self-destructive, rants, and interviews that I’ve seen done by Sheen that he’s either wearing Indians apparel, stating he’s up for ML3, or there’s a montage of him wearing Tribe garb.
I can’t say that this is the best promo possible for our team.
I just want to believe.
Is Back to the Minors not considered ML3?

Apparently not. Everything coming from the producer (or he might be the director, or both, I can’t remember now) is calling it ML3. Technically this is the point in the series where we’re supposed to go discover the origins of the players. Personally, I’d like to discover Charlie Sheen’s origins.

Estevez was the original family name. I believe Martin changed it to make it in show biz, and Emilio changed it back.

Close. Martin Sheen is the stage name, Ramón Estévez is his full legal name, born to a Spanish father. Charlie Sheen decided to adopt his father’s stage name as his stage name, but his full legal name is Carlos Irwin Estévez. Martin’s other children all use only the legal family name of Estévez – this includes Emilio.
A ton of actors have different legal names either because of entrance into SAG or an attempt to rebrand themselves. For example, Nicolas Cage is Nicolas Coppola. Though, why you would want to drop the name Coppola in Hollywood is beyond me.

Maybe it was part of his plan to avoid being cast in watchable movies.
Obviously, he wasn’t 100% successful and Raising Arizona slipped through.

I also like Leaving Las Vegas, The Bad Lieutenant, and The Weatherman.

Cage did not want people to think he got work due to nepotism.
Also, he’s as good as his material/director. Work with the Coens? Awesome. Work with David Lynch? Fantastic. Work with Jon Turtletaub? Ugh.
So if National Treasure had a better director…
Seriously though, Lord of War was a good script, with a good director, a good supporting cast and some great cinematography and Nicolas Cage in the lead role. He single-handedly ruined that film with his flat acting.
Nick Cage lost a lot of money recently in investments, so if he wasn’t turning down bad scripts before, he has no choice but to take them now.
Nice, thanks.

What I find odd is they’ll say things like, “We have to find a part for Corbin!” But they never talk about Berenger and Russo, who are actually the main characters. Snipes, Sheen, Bernsen, Haysbert and Lou Brown were all just filling out the ensemble with amusements.
Haysbert, by the way, appeared in all three movies, but once you’ve played the President, can you really go back to playing Cerrano?

The only way I could enjoy Inception was by considering it to be Major League 3.

I just checked IMBD.
Berenger is usually a good punchline.
I’ll just stick to Gettysburg beard jokes from now on.

With great difficulty I try and fail to grasp your comment. Something tells me it was a good one though.
In the new Geico commercial, Marte sings "Let me be myself" on Wedge's front lawn (with the cavemen).

I don’t know, he’s not above doing insurance commercials.

Probably spent a couple hours doing five of them, six years ago, and the residuals never stop. A movie is a whole other proposition.

Worth nothing that he signed up for Twitter today and already has over 320,000 followers.

Is that the one with Christopher Lloyd in it?
