I don't know if this will generate any real interest or not, and I'm not sure if this is FanPost or FanShot material, but I wanted to share a piece of my work with you guys. I don't post on here all that much, but most have you have probably seen my name around from time to time. But contrary to my LGT handle, I actually live in Prague, now. I'm the managing editor of The Prague Post, the English-language newspaper that covers Central Europe. I typically write about either politics or business and have for years, but occasionally I like to throw myself a bone. This was one of those times. Prague hosts a pretty big international baseball tournament every year - mainly with European teams. This year was the 30th anniversary. I decided to check it out and ended up writing a little quick-hitter first-person account of what was kind of a surreal experience. And, oddly enough, Garrett Atkins was there playing for a barnstorming team of UCLA alumni...which was weird. Anyway, this ran today. Enjoy.
