Coaching staff shake-up
Indians announce that Tim Tolman will move to new role in organization, and Sandy Alomar, Jr will take over as bench coach for 2012.

Per Twitter. Bench coach Tim Tolman to take player personnel job, apparently for health reasons. Sandy Alomar promoted to bench coach, leaving vacancy at first base. My guess is that the new 1b coach will be Sarbaugh. He's done nothing but win in the minors and other teams have to be considering poaching him for their major league staff.
