Hoynes: Hernandez out of jail, apologizes
According to Hoynsie, the Tribe will not terminate its contract with the erstwhile Fausto Carmona, and is working to bring Roberto Hernandez Heredia back to the US.
As always, I recommend avoiding the comments section.

I think the negotiations with the US immigration will be tougher than any contract negotiations. I would consider the possibility of having FKA Fausto back before June highly unlikely (unless the Marlins just gave up on FKA Leo Nunez after his September arrest).

If he does somehow make it back and pitch for us, will anyone here not call him Fausto Carmona?
I like ex-Phillies prospects.

Strangely enough, I have had both Fauberto and Fau-Leo Nuneez on my fantasy teams the past few seasons. Wonder if I have any other fakers.
I hope you play in ridiculously deep, AL- and NL-only leagues.
