Jason Kipnis, a moment ago on Twitter.
I believe he thinks he's part of a pretty good team, and I'm not going to argue that point today.

Hey, that was Vinnie who said that, wasn’t it?
"Sounds like 'Take the Z-Train' to me." -- Antoine Batiste
Vinnie said that repeatedly on twitter last year, usually after a bad loss or when things were getting tight with the Tigers in August last year

Always refreshing to see players buy into the rivalries and show emotion for their team. I like.

Yeah I agree whole heartedly with this. This sort of extra motivation seems to have disappeared from the other sports teams in this town (though you could probably say that about the whole of the NBA).
I don’t think that’s true with the Browns. You still have guys like Josh Cribbs and Joe Haden on that team.

As much as I like Joe Thomas and think he is clearly the best player on the team, he hasn’t really done anything that sticks out to me as far as PR goes. Cribbs and Haden are very visible in the community in a way that Thomas is not.

But Thomas is white! And he hunts and fishes! He’s just like “us!”

Thomas seems to have done more than the average player, but nothing significant. I think he is extremely low key, which is probably why we don’t see more.

Cribbs is shrewd, but a lot of what he does seems to have ulterior motive.

I just don’t get that feeling from him. Maybe I’m wrong, but he seems like a legitimately good guy.

It’s going to be fun watching that infield defend a bunt.

(alluding to an old Buffum B-List rant) Perhaps we should just go ahead and christen their infield ‘las Molinas’.

But they’ll be solid against the pass rush. Best offensive line in the AL.
