League Park is back.

Looks like League Park will get partially restored after all. Five million in funds approved by the city and work is scheduled to start in June.

Nice to see. It doesn’t look practicable to play major-league games there even after renovation, but perhaps one of the local minor-league teams could play there on occasion.

I know early last year they were pushing hard for funding and I thought they had it. Either way, glad it’s happening.

Awesome news. Standing and playing catch on the field at League Park this past summer with Tabs was one of the most memorable things I’ve done.
