A Swing and a Drive #7: Shin-Soo Choo goes deep

Stay connected for news and updates

This is the fourth of a series looking at the Indians' 10 longest home runs of the 2012 season, as measured by ESPN's Hit Tracker.

At Great American Ball Park, Shin-Soo Choo gave the Cincinnati Reds a taste of what they're hoping to see from him next year, hitting the Tribe's seventh longest home run of the year.

Choo led off the game with a long drive to deep center. It was the first of two solo homers that Choo would hit off Reds starter Mike Leake, but unfortunately for the Indians, it wasn't enough as their pitching got tattooed and the Reds would win 12-5.

The ball traveled 428 feet and came off Choo's bat at 107.5 mph.
